We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, listing details, listing photos and videos) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, usage patterns).

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process listings, communicate with you, and ensure platform safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in platform operations. Listing videos are processed on our behalf by our video hosting and streaming provider Mux, Inc. (88 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA): the video you upload is stored by Mux and delivered to viewers through Mux's content delivery network. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent to Mux; the video is linked only to a random record number. When you upload a video, watch a listing video or, on some screens, see a video's cover image, your browser connects directly to Mux, which means your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Mux. Mux's viewer analytics and cookies are switched off on our site. Our relationship with Mux is governed by the Mux Data Processing Addendum (mux.com/dpa). For transfers to the USA, Mux is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the Data Processing Addendum also incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. With your consent, we also use Meta Pixel (marketing cookies) to measure advertising performance and conversions. You can accept or decline marketing cookies in the on-site banner.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregated page view and performance data without cookies. If you grant marketing consent, the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API are activated: page views, listing views, contact and registration events are sent from your browser, and a copy of the same events is sent from our server to Meta. The server copy uses your IP address, your browser information and Meta's own cookies. If you provide an email address or phone number, it is one-way hashed with SHA-256 on our server before transmission. Your name, message content and listing text are not sent to Meta. For this processing we act as joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR; the scope of that relationship and the parties' obligations are set out in Meta's Controller Addendum: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum

Your account data is kept for as long as your account remains open. Listing data is kept for as long as the listing is on your account; when you delete a listing or your account, the listing is deleted. Listing videos are likewise stored by Mux for as long as the listing is on your account; when you remove a video or delete the listing or your account, the video is also deleted from Mux. Videos you upload but do not add to a published listing are deleted within two days at the latest. Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted. Your marketing consent record is valid for 180 days, after which you are asked again. The retention period for event data sent to Meta is determined by Meta; see Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can delete your account and data from your account settings or by writing to info@ronalegal.com. Deleting your account from the settings takes effect immediately; requests sent by email are completed within one month at the latest.

This policy is subject to the personal data protection legislation of Montenegro and to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
