What does home internet cost in Montenegro? Internet alone starts at 20.99 euros a month for 5G home internet, and a 1 Gbps fibre line costs 29.90 euros. TV plus internet packages cost 27.90 to 45.90 euros a month, usually with a 24-month contract and half price for the first three months. In July 2026, 54.88% of all connections were fibre.

One's home internet runs over its mobile network: you plug the router into a socket, with no drilling or cables, you can use it at two addresses, and there is a 10-day free trial. The One prices are current offers; the regular prices are 23.99 and 27.99 euros. Telekom's packages include 2,000 minutes of fixed calls, and for 4 Gbps your computer needs a 10-gigabit network card.

Most bundles are sold with a 24-month contract and a discount for new customers. m:tel and Telemach give 50% off for the first three months, so EON Light Duo costs 15.95 euros a month at first; Telemach's offer runs until 31 October 2026. Telekom sells its L package for 34.90 euros and XL for 37.90 euros for the whole 24 months, until 15 November 2026. Telemach's packages include 120 to 210 TV channels and Telekom's 125 to 220.

Households hold 90.13% of the connections. Telemach's fastest network is in Podgorica, Bar, Nikšić, Bijelo Polje, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Pljevlja, Cetinje and Danilovgrad. Whether you get fibre, cable or copper depends on the building, so check availability at your address before you sign.
What do contracts allow?
Under the Law on Electronic Communications, as EKIP explains, a fixed-term contract cannot be longer than two years, and operators must also offer contracts of at most one year and open-ended contracts with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time in writing. If you leave early, you pay either the monthly fees for the rest of the term or the value of the discounts you received, whichever is cheaper for you. If the operator changes the terms to your disadvantage, it must tell you 30 days ahead, and you can then leave without paying anything.
