How do you declare a value, and what about customs?
- Declared value: a value parcel costs 3.00 euros extra, plus 0.50 euros for every 65 SDR (special drawing rights) of declared value.
- Customs: Montenegro is not in the EU, so a parcel to an EU country is a customs shipment. You fill in a customs declaration with the contents and value, and the recipient may have to pay VAT or duty in their country.
